These Terms govern Tribufu websites, accounts, APIs, software, hosting, infrastructure, communities and other products offered by 52.906.200 Guilherme Quadros Werner, CNPJ 52.906.200/0001-01, under the Tribufu brand in Ribeirão das Neves, MG, Brazil (the "Services"). By creating an account or using a Service, you accept these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy. The Refund Policy explains cancellations and consumer rights; the Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Product-specific conditions shown before purchase apply to that product without limiting mandatory rights.

1. Account and eligibility

You must be legally able to contract under applicable law or have a legal guardian’s authorization. If you act for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law.

2. Use of the Services

We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services while you comply with these Terms. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. Tribufu and its licensors retain rights in the software, marks and content they provide; this license does not permit resale, distribution or reproduction beyond permitted use and rights granted by law. You must not break the law or infringe others’ rights, technical limits or system security. We may apply resource limits and proportionate abuse measures to protect other users and infrastructure.

3. User content and data

You retain rights in content you submit or host and are responsible for having the necessary permissions. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process, transmit and display that content to provide and protect the Services, follow your instructions and comply with law. We do not use this license to promote the Services with your content without separate authorization. Keep backups of important data appropriate to your needs.

4. Prices, renewals and taxes

Prices, currency, taxes, billing frequency and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Recurring Services may renew automatically as disclosed at checkout; you can cancel future renewals through your account where available or via the contact below. Price changes for future cycles will be communicated before taking effect. Stripe may process charges and payments; Tribufu need not receive your full card number. The Refund Policy explains cancellation and withdrawal rights.

5. Availability, changes and third parties

We may update the Services, fix defects and perform maintenance. For material changes to or discontinuation of a paid Service, we will give reasonable notice where possible and respect applicable refunds or other rights. Third-party integrations and links may have their own terms; we will identify additional conditions where needed for a purchase or use.

6. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains personal data processing. Use of the Services is not consent to every processing activity; we use the appropriate legal basis for each purpose and request consent when required. If you control other people’s personal data hosted through the Services, you are responsible for your instructions and legal obligations; Tribufu’s processor obligations depend on the applicable agreement.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel subscriptions under the Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, security risk, fraud or legal requirement. Where feasible, we will explain why and allow correction or appeal. Access to data after termination depends on the product, law and disclosed conditions; make copies before termination. Accrued rights and obligations that by nature survive termination remain in effect.

8. Warranties and liability

We provide the Services with reasonable care. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits that were not foreseeable when contracting. Nothing excludes liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, harm that cannot legally be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for Service failures. Any liability cap in product-specific commercial terms applies only where legally valid.

9. Law and disputes

Brazilian law applies without excluding mandatory consumer or data protection rules of the user’s country of residence where they apply. The parties may seek resolution through support channels and competent authorities. Disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under applicable law; these Terms do not waive a forum or complaint mechanism protected by law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and show the new version date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel before taking effect where required by law; they do not retroactively change completed purchases without legal basis or agreement.
